Mono Red Madness has no artifacts or enchantments worth hitting with Masked Vandal, so cut copies down. Mesmeric Fiend can strip a key Fiery Temper or Fireblast before it ever reaches the discard-madness pipeline, which is better than reactive answers since the deck kills fast. Jack-o'-Lantern provides incidental card advantage and a sac outlet but is not meant to exile madness cards (those go to exile, not graveyard, so it won't stop Fiery Temper). This is a race matchup where our life-gain (Food tokens, Sagu Wildling) and blockers matter more than sideboard tech, so keep changes minimal.
