Affinity's plan is a wide board of small creatures (Glint Hawk, Kor Skyfisher, Refurbished Familiar, Utrom Monitor) rather than combat-damage racing that Fog effects are built to punish, so Suffocating Fumes' -1/-1 to all their creatures is a proactive way to shrink or kill their weaker bodies and blunt their attack. Keep your Fog suite and Nihil Spellbomb as the primary plan since Turbo Fog wants to simply survive their aggression and grind with card draw. Trim only redundant Tangle copies, since a small number of Fog effects already covers the combat-damage plan and Suffocating Fumes adds a proactive answer their deck otherwise doesn't have to deal with.
