Thraben Charm's graveyard-exile mode is very strong here since this is a graveyard-reliant deck: it can strip Balustrade Spy triggers' self-mill, Dread Return targets, or Troll of Khazad-dum from their yard, denying their recursive engine. Its damage mode, scaling with your creature count, also answers small blockers like Elves of Deep Shadow or Mesmeric Fiend before they lock down your hand. Clowning Around's tokens are too slow against a combo-ish deck trying to assemble a big graveyard-fueled payoff like Troll of Khazad-dum or a Dread Return reanimation, so cut it for more proactive interaction. Keep your aggressive curve to pressure them before they stabilize behind Wall of Roots and Overgrown Battlement.
