Scattershot Archer can repeatedly snipe their 1-toughness fliers like Faerie Seer, Faerie Miscreant, Spellstutter Sprite, Snaremaster Sprite, and Harrier Strix, which make up the bulk of their board and evasive damage. Mono-Blue Faeries relies on Counterspell and Spellstutter Sprite to protect a swarm of small fliers, so our best plan is to play around counters by deploying multiple threats per turn and using Scattershot Archer to clear their board for free every turn it survives. Keep our ramp and card selection suite (Winding Way, Lead the Stampede, Priest of Titania) intact since we need to outsize them once we push through their thin permission. This is a small, surgical swap since most of our deck already matches up fine against their small creatures.
