Nylea's Disciple gains substantial life given your green creature density and buys the extra turn you need to combo, especially against their go-wide aerial attacks. Haunting Misery provides a non-combat kill for scenarios where Prismatic Strands would fog your Lotleth Giant attack or they've developed a board that can't be attacked through. Your walls are excellent blockers that stymie their ground offense from Kor Skyfisher and other creatures, but Prismatic Strands is the card you most need to respect — try to sequence your combo turn such that you have Haunting Misery as a backup if they strand your Giant. Mesmeric Fiend and Masked Vandal have no relevant targets and come out for the more impactful life gain package.
