Bogles relies on hexproof creatures like Slippery Bogle and Gladecover Scout, so targeted removal is dead, but Thraben Charm can also destroy target enchantment, letting you strip Rancor, Ethereal Armor, or Armadillo Cloak off their creature before combat since those Auras aren't hexproof themselves. Sprouting Renewal offers another enchantment answer or a body to race or trade. Prioritize removing their enchantments over the creature itself, since a bare 1/1 hexproof creature is much less threatening. Keep the aggressive mainboard core intact to pressure their life total in the meantime.
