Mono-White Humans curves out with cheap creatures like Dauntless Bodyguard, Thalia's Lieutenant, and Adeline, Resplendent Cathar, so Redcap Melee and Scorching Shot are efficient answers that kill their key pieces before they snowball into a wide board. Spell Pierce is largely dead since their deck is almost entirely creatures with few noncreature spells worth countering. Boomerang Basics is too slow and only buys a turn against a deck that rebuilds its board quickly with cheap bodies, so it's cut for hard removal. Our Burst Lightning and Reckless Rage remain critical since Adeline scales with board state and must be answered quickly.
