Hexing Squelcher's Ward ability protects our board from their burn-based removal suite (Burst Lightning, Reckless Rage) while keeping our spells safe from Spell Pierce. Thoughtseize and Torch the Tower are cut since they don't hold reactive cards worth stripping and Torch the Tower trades unfavorably with Screaming Nemesis' reflected damage. Race aggressively, our Deadly Dispute/Oni-Cult Anvil engine out-grinds their burn plan if we survive the opening turns.
