WUBG is a graveyard-recursion deck relying on Narcomoeba, Prized Amalgam, and Bloodghast triggering off mill from Creeping Chill and Exhibition Tidecaller, so Soul-Guide Lantern is excellent proactive graveyard disruption that can exile their whole yard on demand. Fatal Push cheaply answers their mana value 2 or less creatures like Exhibition Tidecaller, Bloodghast, and Narcomoeba before they generate value. Voldaren Epicure's ping is irrelevant to their recursive engine and Torch the Tower struggles against their 3/3 bodies like Prized Amalgam at times, so those make room for proactive graveyard hate and removal.
