Mono-White Humans curves out with cheap aggressive creatures (Dauntless Bodyguard, Thalia's Lieutenant, Adeline, Resplendent Cathar) and has essentially no hard removal beyond combat, so Surrak, Elusive Hunter's uncounterable trample body is very hard for them to interact with profitably. Cityscape Leveler's ETB and attack trigger destroys a nonland permanent like Adeline or Thalia, Guardian of Thraben while giving them only a Powerstone in return, which is a poor trade for them. Polukranos Reborn and Ulvenwald Oddity are slower and less impactful than resilient, hard-to-answer threats against this low-removal aggro deck. Focus on stabilizing the board with blockers early since Adeline's token generation can snowball quickly if unchecked.
