UBR is a spell-dense control-tempo deck full of cheap instants and sorceries like Fiery Impulse, Deduce, and Make Disappear, making Arasta of the Endless Web very strong as it generates a constant stream of reach-equipped blockers every time they cast one. Unlicensed Hearse can also grow off the cards in their graveyard once it is crewed, but as an artifact it is a legal target for their Indomitable Creativity at any time, so don't count on it dodging that spell. Polukranos Reborn underperforms against their counterspell-heavy plan, so it comes out along with one Ulvenwald Oddity, keeping the full land count intact.
