Xantid Swarm, free via Aluren, lets us attack and shut off their instant-speed answers like Swords to Plowshares or Abeyance on our key turn. Compost stays boarded since their list has no black cards to trigger it. Cut Bone Shredder and Mesmeric Fiend, which are weak against a deck with few relevant creatures or discardable cards, and trim two Wall of Roots for more interaction in this grindier matchup.
