This is a mirror match, so Meddling Mage naming Replenish is extremely powerful, denying their key reanimation spell entirely. Abeyance stops their instant and sorcery spells like Replenish while drawing a card, denying the window that lets them jump ahead on Opalescence or Decree of Silence. The extra Seal of Cleansing gives more ways to answer their Opalescence or Parallax Wave before it locks the board. Frantic Search and Intuition are cut in favor of more proactive disruption and threats, since in the mirror the player who resolves their lock first usually wins and we want Meddling Mage online early.
