Meddling Mage naming Phyrexian Dreadnought or Stifle shuts off their combo outright, making it a premium include here. Tsabo's Web is mediocre since their manabase is mostly basic Islands, so it's a lower-priority include, though it still draws a card and can lock down any utility land they might bring in; prioritize Meddling Mage first. Seal of Cleansing gives an extra answer to Powder Keg, which can otherwise blow up our permanents. Decree of Silence and Intuition are too slow against a deck trying to combo-kill by turn two or three, so they come out for faster, more proactive disruption.
