Engineered Plague naming Specter shuts down Hypnotic Specter's ability to profitably attack and kills any 1-toughness creatures they have, while naming Zombie can cripple Graveborn Muse if it appears. Infest sweeps their small creatures like Ravenous Rats and Withered Wretch for -2/-2 without threatening your own bigger threats. Duress gets trimmed since this is a mirror-ish discard matchup and their hand is often already thin by the time you'd want to cast it, while their own Cabal Therapy and Duress punish you for holding reactive spells. Swords to Plowshares and Vindicate remain essential answers to Nantuko Shade and Hypnotic Specter, and Wrath of God is a strong reset against their aggressive creature curve.
