Decree of Silence is also an enchantment and a legal Naturalize target. One extra copy on top of the two already in the main deck is enough, since the opponent's key enchantments are spread across several different cards. Mogg Fanatic is the easiest cut since 1 damage rarely answers anything relevant here. Stay aggressive and race before they assemble Opalescence plus Parallax Wave or Decree of Silence.
