Tormod's Crypt is your most direct answer to Replenish itself — crack it in response to counter the entire combo. Your discard suite of Duress, Cabal Therapy, and Unmask is excellent here; prioritize stripping Replenish and Intuition, as Intuition tutors up three copies and sets up the win on its own. Apply pressure early with Hypnotic Specter and Phyrexian Negator to force them to interact rather than set up their combo.
