Goblin Piledriver protection from blue is irrelevant to us, but the deck swarms with Goblin creature types, so Engineered Plague naming Goblin shrinks almost their entire board by -1/-1, killing Mogg Fanatic and the Siege-Gang tokens outright. Duress is weak here since this is a creature-aggro deck with little relevant noncreature disruption to strip, so it comes out; Graveborn Muse is too slow against this clock and loses life to boot. Vendetta is efficient one-mana removal for Goblin Warchief or Siege-Gang Commander; keep Smother and Mishra's Factory as key blockers/removal against their small creatures.
