This mono-blue Stasis-based control deck is very similar to the Temur list, so Annul again shines against their Stasis and Powder Keg, both crucial lock pieces for one mana. Chain of Vapor offers a way to remove a resolved Stasis or Black Vise that's ticking against your hand size. Daze is a liability against a deck actively trying to deny your mana, so it's better cut for more proactive answers, and a couple of Flash of Insight come out since the games are decided by locking out Stasis rather than raw card selection. As in the mirror, get Phyrexian Dreadnought down early and hold Stifle/Vision Charm to protect it while disrupting their lock pieces.
