Full English Breakfast is a fast combo deck built around Hermit Druid filling the graveyard and Cabal Therapy/Unearth reanimation, so disruption needs to be proactive rather than reactive. Annul can counter key enchantment spells like Survival of the Fittest to slow their engine, though it cannot counter creature spells like Hermit Druid. Mana Short is excellent after they tap out for Hermit Druid or a big spell, denying them the follow-up they need same turn, and Misdirection can turn their own Cabal Therapy or targeted effect back on them. Black Vise is irrelevant since this combo deck dumps its hand quickly and doesn't care about hellbent, so it comes out along with a copy of Thwart for more proactive disruption.
