Hydroblast stays in the sideboard since Enchantress runs no red spells or permanents. Annul and Aura Flux are your key tools here: Annul counters their critical enchantment spells for a single blue mana, while Aura Flux forces them to pay {2} per upkeep for each enchantment or sacrifice it. Focus on countering their key enchantments (Enchantress's Presence, Solitary Confinement, Sterling Grove) with Counterspell and Foil before they resolve, since once their engine is online it's very hard to catch up. Trim situational cards like Daze, Flash of Insight, and Thwart, keeping your primary counters at full strength.
