The Rock runs very few artifacts or enchantments outside Pernicious Deed, so Annul has limited but real value against that specific card; however Tsabo's Web is a stronger overall include, shutting off Treetop Village while also cantripping on entry for value. Hibernation resets their green creatures like Wall of Blossoms, Ravenous Baloth, and Wall of Roots back to hand, which can blow them out after they've invested mana. Black Vise stays in to punish higher hand counts, though their disruption with Duress and Cabal Therapy can lead to lower hand counts. Keep Powder Keg as a strong answer to their Wall of Blossoms and Ravenous Baloth, and hold up counterspells for Pernicious Deed, their most dangerous card against our permanent-heavy board.
