Tireless Tribe is a creature-heavy Survival of the Fittest deck with many small bodies like Basking Rootwalla, Wild Mongrel, and token Elephants from Call of the Herd, so the extra Earthquakes sweep the board while we hold back or keep our own creature count low. Cursed Scroll is too slow and symmetric against a deck that can grow Tireless Tribe's toughness or pump Wild Mongrel in response, so it comes out for the sweeper. Swords to Plowshares is their only real removal, so keep pressure with burn spells aimed at their face when the board stalls. Watch for Deranged Hermit and Siege-Gang-style token swarms; Earthquake for a moderate X can reset the board cheaply.
