Their spot removal is split: Swords to Plowshares and Vindicate target, while Wrath of God and Bane of the Living's -X/-X trigger do not. Akroma and Spirit of the Night have protection from black, so Vindicate (a black card) can't target them. Swords to Plowshares still exiles either one, and Wrath of God and Bane can sweep them regardless. Diabolic Edict is valuable insurance against a resolved Exalted Angel or Eternal Dragon when we lack a clean answer, since it targets the player and forces a sacrifice no matter what protection or abilities the creature has. Be aware they choose what to sacrifice, so it is weaker if they have other creatures. Life/Death's reanimation mode costs life equal to the creature's mana value, which is a real cost against a deck full of creature and discard pressure, so it's the easiest cut. Keep Unmask and Cabal Therapy active to strip their removal before committing our own threats.
