Black Vise is unreliable since this control deck can empty its hand with Duress and removal, so it comes out. Thwart's Island-bounce cost is a real tempo cost against a grindy deck with Vindicate and Swords to Plowshares ready to punish you, so trim it for the card advantage of Gaea's Blessing.
