Chill and Hydroblast have no legal targets against Gro-A-Tog, whose deck is entirely blue and black, so they stay in the sideboard. Annul catches nothing relevant either, since their mainboard runs no artifacts or enchantments, so it stays out too. With no useful swaps available, make no changes and keep the mainboard as is, including Thwart and Black Vise. Focus on resolving Stasis early, but don't expect it to shut off Psychatog: Psychatog pumps by discarding cards or exiling cards from its graveyard rather than by paying mana, so Stasis does not stop the pump. Play around their Counterspell, Foil, and Annul, which can all answer Stasis or Black Vise. Black Vise is strong against a deck drawing extra cards with Gush and Impulse, since a bigger hand means more damage at their upkeep.
