Gro-a-Tog relies on Psychatog as its primary win condition alongside heavy card draw and countermagic, so disruption and efficient removal matter more than sweepers. Earthquake and Pyroclasm are weak here: the opponent plays very few creatures, Psychatog can pump itself in response by discarding or exiling cards, and both sweepers hit our own creatures too. Cut them along with Naturalize, which has no targets in their main deck since they run no artifacts or enchantments. Pyroblast is a strong bring-in because nearly all of their deck is blue. It can counter their blue spells like Counterspell, Mana Leak and Gush, and it can destroy Psychatog itself since Psychatog is blue. Tormod's Crypt disrupts their graveyard if they lean on Psychatog's exile-based pump. Keep Swords to Plowshares as a clean, efficient answer to Psychatog, and maintain the full Wasteland and Rishadan Port package to punish their tempo-sensitive manabase, which includes Polluted Delta and Underground River as nonbasic targets.
