Zuran Orb helps offset the life loss from Sylvan Library and gives resilience against their discard-and-attrition plan, letting you convert excess lands into life against Hypnotic Specter or Nantuko Shade damage. Tormod's Crypt can exile their graveyard to shut off Cabal Therapy's flashback, though it's a low-impact swap overall. Swords to Plowshares remains excellent against Hypnotic Specter and Nantuko Shade, both of which are otherwise hard to profitably block. Earthquake is a poor sweeper here since it also hits your own small creatures and face, so it comes out along with Naturalize, which has very few targets in their deck (essentially just Cursed Scroll).
