Against a low-curve Goblins aggro deck, Sylvan Library is the card to trim: its extra draws can cost life against a deck full of cheap burn and Goblin Piledriver pressure, and we can't afford the tempo. Oath of Druids stays in. Their Goblins will nearly always put them ahead on creatures, so Oath only triggers for us when we're behind on board and never hands them a free creature. Call of the Herd provides a resilient 3/3 blocker that survives their small Goblins and can be recast from the graveyard for extra value. Keep Swords to Plowshares as premium removal for Siege-Gang Commander or Goblin Piledriver. Glowrider is not worth bringing in here, since it only taxes noncreature spells and their Goblins are almost all creatures.
