Terrageddon is a mirror-ish land destruction deck that races with Terravore and Call of the Herd behind Armageddon, so artifact/enchantment removal is low-impact since they run few permanents worth Naturalizing beyond Sylvan Library, Mox Diamond, and a lone Seal of Cleansing. Aura of Silence is still worth a slot since it taxes their artifact and enchantment spells (Sylvan Library, Mox Diamond, Seal of Cleansing), and gives you a proactive sacrifice effect to destroy an early Sylvan Library. It does nothing against Armageddon, which is a sorcery. Cursed Totem shuts off Werebear and Weathered Wayfarer's activated abilities, denying their land-fetching and mana creature. Cut one Sphere of Resistance since it taxes your own spells like Terravore, Swords to Plowshares, and Oath of Druids as well as theirs, in a matchup that comes down to who rebuilds fastest post-Armageddon, and trim Naturalize since their artifact/enchantment count is too low to justify a full set.
