Izzet Leyline Aggro wants to flood the board with cheap creatures like Elusive Otter and Slickshot Show-Off and pump them with tricks such as Wild Ride and Ancestral Anger, powered by Leyline of Resonance copying single-target spells. Day of Judgment is our best answer, wiping their aggressive board before Leyline of Resonance can double up their pump spells for lethal. Negate counters their key noncreature spells, including Leyline of Resonance itself if cast normally, or their combat tricks and card selection spells. Braided Net taps down one threat at a time and can't keep pace with their wide aggressive starts, so it's cut, along with two copies of United Battlefront since we need to prioritize interaction over slow value plays.
