Orzhov Amalia is built around a dense package of cheap lifegain creatures (Haliya, Starscape Cleric, Hinterland Sanctifier, Enlightened Confidant) feeding Amalia Benavides Aguirre's explore triggers. Most of their early board is mana value 2 or less (Starscape Cleric, Hinterland Sanctifier, Enlightened Confidant, Liliana, Aunt May, Amalia herself), so a second Pinnacle Starcage exiles much of it at once rather than picking off one threat at a time with Seam Rip. Starcage is not one-sided: it also exiles our own artifacts and creatures with mana value 2 or less, and it does not touch Haliya (mana value 3), so sequence it with our own cheap permanents in mind. Torpor Orb does not stop Amalia's explore trigger directly, since that triggers on gaining life rather than on a creature entering. It is still strong here because it shuts off the creature-entering lifegain that feeds Amalia: Case of the Uneaten Feast, Hinterland Sanctifier, Aunt May, Liliana, and Haliya's lifegain when a creature enters (but not when an artifact enters). It also stops Moseo's enter trigger. Cast it after Starcage, since Starcage would exile it. Rest in Peace denies Moseo, Vein's New Dean any graveyard recursion targets. Seam Rip still hits plenty of their cheap threats, but Starcage's mass exile is more efficient against their go-wide low-curve plan.
