Sultai Reanimator wants to set up its graveyard with cheap creatures like Oblivious Bookworm and Town Greeter before reanimating Bringer of the Last Gift or casting Overlord of the Balemurk, and Seam Rip cleanly exiles those early enablers. Day of Judgment answers a resolved Bringer of the Last Gift or Overlord of the Balemurk when they go wide with tokens and creature copies. Aven Interrupter's exile-and-plot effect is weaker against a deck built around abusing the graveyard, since spells they later flashback or reanimate work around it. Spell Snare is fine but replaced here for higher-impact sweeper access.
