4c Artifacts wants to durdle with value artifacts like Simulacrum Synthesizer, The Mind Stone, and Perilous Snare before overwhelming you with card advantage, so proactive removal like Seam Rip is excellent since it can strip an artifact creature like Simulacrum Synthesizer's Construct tokens or punish their Dusk Rose Reliquary outright. Bovine Intervention also answers any artifact or creature threat, accepting the minor 2/2 Ox downside. Trim Formidable Speaker and the extra Imodane's Recruiter for more impactful interaction, since their deck doesn't punish you for slowing down to answer their permanents. Keep your ramp package to race their artifact-based value engine before Pinnacle Starcage or Dusk Rose Reliquary lock down your board.
