Dawn's Truce protects your board through Deadly Cover-Up and lets you keep pressuring through their removal-heavy plan (Duress, Requiting Hex, Bitter Triumph). Shattered Acolyte adds a lifelink body to stabilize against their card advantage grind and can sacrifice itself to destroy Unholy Annex // Ritual Chamber before it flips into a 6/6 Demon token, or answer other problematic artifacts/enchantments like Firdoch Core. Voice of Victory is a weaker pressure card here since this matchup is more of a grind, so we lean into resilience over raw aggression. Watch for Great Hall of the Biblioplex as a long-game mana sink if the game goes long.
