Jeskai Control wants to draw the game out with Stock Up, Jeskai Revelation, and Great Hall of the Biblioplex, so Voice of Victory is excellent, shutting off their instant-speed interaction like Lightning Helix, Firebending Lesson, No More Lies, and Inevitable Defeat on your turn, and its Mobilize tokens add pressure without leaving extra permanents around for sweepers. The Queen of Dale punishes the first noncreature spell they cast each turn, letting you loot and sometimes make a 1/1 body off their removal and card draw. Doc Ock's Tentacles and Basilisk Collar are too slow and too easily blanked by sweepers like Day of Judgment, which kill the creature you've sunk equip mana into, and Raubahn's ward tax matters little against a deck leaning on sweepers rather than targeted removal. Focus on applying pressure before Jeskai Revelation and Tablet of Discovery take over the late game.
