Azorius Tempo fields evasive fliers like Momo, Friendly Flier and Sage of the Skies alongside noncreature value like Daydream, so Maelstrom Pulse is a flexible unconditional answer for any threat that gets out of hand. Witherbloom Charm's 5-life mode buys time against their aggressive flying clock while its sacrifice mode can dig for answers. Stir Up Trouble's extra cost is risky against their tempo plan, and The Misty Mountains Cold is too slow to matter before they've established board control. Keep Requiting Hex and Rottenmouth Viper in since cheap creatures and grindy threats remain relevant.
