Jeskai Manufacturing wins by chaining artifacts (Legion Extruder, Cryogen Relic) alongside Weapons Manufacturing into Munitions tokens and eventually a big Tezzeret, Cruel Captain ultimate, and Shoot the Sheriff isn't efficient enough against their token Robot/Golem bodies to matter. Day of Black Sun wipes their Golem and Robot tokens even at X=0 since creature tokens have mana value 0, though non-token artifacts animated by Tezzeret retain their printed mana value. Duress strips Weapons Manufacturing, United Battlefront, or Tezzeret from their hand before it can take over the game. We Say Thee Nay! is a low priority here since soft tax countermagic becomes less effective as they accumulate mana.
