Vicious Rivalry is excellent against their glut of cheap creatures like Dream Beavers, Floodpits Drowner, and Spyglass Siren, sweeping the board at low X for minimal life cost. The extra Duress helps strip Kaito, Bane of Nightmares, or their removal and counterspells before they lock down the game. Note that Duress can't take Enduring Curiosity, since it is a creature. Mosswood Dreadknight is a fragile 3/2 against their tempo plays, so it comes out. Professor Dellian Fel is trimmed slightly since its +2 only gains life and its -3 is a slow way to deal with their aggressive curve. Garruk, Veiled Butcher stays in, because its +2 gives -4/-1 and kills their one-toughness creatures. Keep most of your removal suite online against their cheap-creature shell.
