Rakdos Lizards is an aggressive creature deck full of cheap bodies like Hired Claw, Iridescent Vinelasher, and Flamecache Gecko, so we want maximum efficient removal rather than disruption. A second set of Requiting Hex cleanly answers their 1-2 mana creatures, while extra Bitter Triumph handles bigger threats like Gev, Scaled Scorch or Valley Flamecaller. Duress is weak since their deck is almost entirely creatures and lands, giving it few legal targets, so it comes out along with the slower, less relevant Elven Passage and Sandman.
