Rakdos Lizards is an aggressive swarm deck full of 1-2 toughness creatures (Hired Claw, Flamecache Gecko, Master of Barbs), making Slagstorm's 3 damage to each creature a near-blowout that clears their board while leaving your bigger Elementals alive. The extra Spell Snare catches their 2-drops like Flamecache Gecko or Stingerquill Charm. Disdainful Stroke stays in the sideboard, because nothing in their list has mana value 4 or greater. Impractical Joke is redundant with Burst Lightning against their small bodies, and one Get Out comes out because its enchantment mode has no targets here. The other copy stays in for its counter-creature-spell mode.
