Professor Dellian Fel's -3 kills anything they land, giving repeatable removal against their card advantage engine, while its +2 lifegain helps race a deck with no reach or evasion of its own. Requiting Hex is often too small since many of their key threats cost more than 2, so we cut it along with the situational Fanatical Offering and Deadly Precision for more impactful, proactive cards.
