WBR is an aggressive midrange deck with efficient threats like Moonshadow, Bloodghast, and Carnage, so Requiting Hex's mana value 2 cap misses larger threats like Carnage and Starscape Cleric can't block to hold the ground. Duress takes away their removal like Requiting Hex or Erode before it can stop our creatures, Dawn's Truce protects our board from their removal-heavy plan, and the extra Voice of Victory adds another resilient blocker while shutting off their instant-speed interaction on our turn. Keep Amalia and the lifegain engine to race their aggression.
