Sultai Control has sweepers like Deadly Cover-Up alongside single-target removal (Shoot the Sheriff, Feed the Cycle) plus Deadly Cover-Up's collect evidence as graveyard-dependent value, so Soul-Guide Lantern both disrupts their graveyard resources and cycles late when the game goes long. Sapling Nursery is the priority — its affinity makes it cheap enough to resolve, and it rebuilds a board of indestructible-capable Treefolk after Deadly Cover-Up wipes the table, which most of your maindeck creatures can't survive. Icetill Explorer's self-mill is a liability against a deck that targets your graveyard with Deadly Cover-Up and general grindy value, so cut it; both Meltstrider's Resolve come out since two-for-one auras are bad against a deck full of instant-speed removal and countermagic like Three Steps Ahead. Play a longer game than usual and hold back some threats to rebuild after their sweepers.
