Azorius Tempo fills the board with a swarm of cheap flyers and value creatures (Momo, Sage of the Skies, Steamcore Scholar, Quantum Riddler), so Vicious Rivalry is excellent as a scalable sweeper against their mostly-small creatures. Paying 3 life catches Momo, Sage and Scholar, while paying 5 also takes out Quantum Riddler and Starfield Shepherd. It also destroys their Springleaf Drums, but watch our own creatures and artifacts. Heritage Reclamation is a flexible answer: we can destroy a Seam Rip (returning the permanent it exiled) or a Springleaf Drum, or exile a card from a graveyard, such as a Daydream or Practiced Offense with flashback, and draw a card. Only the graveyard mode draws, so choose the mode that fits the moment. Duress is weak since most of their deck is creatures, and we trim a Jace copy since their aggressive, go-wide board makes a slow planeswalker risky to defend.
