4c Artifacts leans on bigger artifact payoffs and sweepers like Day of Judgment and Pinnacle Starcage, so Disdainful Stroke is excellent against their mana value 4+ pieces (United Battlefront, Day of Judgment, White Auracite). It can't hit Simulacrum Synthesizer or Pinnacle Starcage, which are both mana value 3. Soul-Guide Lantern is a cheap artifact that can exile a graveyard card or card draw late. Impractical Joke is a weak removal spell against their colorless tokens and bigger threats, and Secret Identity's hexproof mode matters less since their sweepers (Pinnacle Starcage, Day of Judgment) don't target. Race before they assemble their artifact synergies and Castle Doom value.
