Izzet Leyline Aggro floods the board with small creatures (Elusive Otter, Stadium Headliner, Drake Hatcher tokens) and leans on a nonbasic-heavy manabase, so Slagstorm is a great sweeper here and Sunspine Lynx's entry trigger punishes their many nonbasics for solid chip damage. Razorkin Needlehead and Hired Claw are cut because this is a mirror-speed aggro race where early creatures get trampled over by Ancestral Anger and die to burn, and we need the sweeper to reset the board rather than trade one-for-one. Sequence Slagstorm for maximum value once they've committed multiple small bodies, and use Sunspine Lynx as both a blocker and a finisher.
