Lands decks want to assemble Dark Depths plus Thespian's Stage for a 20/20 Marit Lage, so Perilous Snare's exile effect is a clean answer to that token once it appears. Snare can't target Dark Depths itself because it is a land. Tormod's Crypt can disrupt their Life from the Loam-fueled graveyard recursion loops. Ensnaring Bridge is a real lock piece here since Marit Lage's power will usually exceed our hand size, shutting off their only real clock. Lands' main ways to interact with it are Boseiju and Otawara, which is a small number of answers. Lotus Petal and Defense Grid are the easiest cuts since this matchup is about durable answers, not speed. Defense Grid only taxes spells cast outside their controller's turn, so it never touches the land abilities this deck relies on and does little against a deck that mostly acts on its own turn. Keep Karakas live to bounce a resolved Marit Lage if needed.
