Colorless Prison/Ramp wants to deploy Karn, the Great Creator and The One Ring off fast mana from Grim Monolith, so Disruptor Flute naming The One Ring or Karn taxes their most game-warping plays by three extra mana, seriously slowing their curve. Witch Enchanter can only hit one artifact and they have many redundant threats, so a durable tax effect is more valuable here. Keep Wasteland in as a critical tool to strip their Urza's Tower/Mine/Power Plant pieces and slow their explosive starts. Thalia, Guardian of Thraben also remains excellent, taxing their many key noncreature spells like Stock Up and Kozilek's Command.
