Force of Negation is strong since it answers their Teferi, Time Raveler for free on their turn, which is otherwise hard to interact with once it resolves. It also hits their noncreature interaction like Swords to Plowshares and Stifle. It can't counter creature spells, so Phelia, Exuberant Shepherd, Tamiyo and Quantum Riddler get through. Consign to Memory counters triggered abilities and colorless spells. Their deck has few colorless spells, so its value is in cheaply hitting triggers like Tamiyo's investigate trigger, Phelia's attack trigger, or Quantum Riddler's enters trigger. Our own Daze loses value since they can simply not care about tempo, and Flow State is replaced by more impactful interaction against their Teferi and trigger-based value plan.
